Wooden Scene – Moonlit

As part of the Nordic Yuletide collection, this contemporary simplified country scene consisting of a small cottage two conifer trees and a hanging crescent moon dangling from above. The supporting block contains inscription ‘Love you to the moon & back’.

East of India is a small family business based in Kent which takes its environmental responsibilities very seriously. They have created a sustainable tree planting system in Indonesia which produces all the wood needed for their products. Trees are replanted to replace those felled. The land used is too dry for food production. They provide sustainable employment for their artisan workers giving them a living, using their traditional skills which have been passed down the generations.
